Fashionistas love this massive retail wonderland, actually the largest mall in the US, thanks to its abundance of department stores, big-name boutiques, local shops, and everything in between. But it’s not just a fun place for shoppers—King of Prussia Mall is also known for its abundance of dining options and its fun events.
Go Skydiving… Indoors

You don’t have to jump out of a plane to feel the rush of the freefall; just head over to iFly at King of Prussia Mall to try indoor skydiving. All you need to do is strap on a flight suit, a helmet, and some goggles and you’ll be flying like a pro in the simulated flight chamber.
Try a New Restaurant
The Main Line area is known for its good eats—both iconic classics and recent arrivals. If you haven’t tried Minella’s Diner yet, it’s a definite must. This Wayne classic has been pleasing area residents for 55+ years. In the mood for dessert? Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream in Berwyn is open year-round, and features a Scoop Sampler and monthly featured flavors.
Take a Fitness Class
Whether your New Year’s resolution is to get in shape or you’re just looking to try something new, a fitness class can be a great way to get active (and warm!) while staying indoors. Try out a local favorite like Focus Fitness or NYC-based spin studio Flywheel.
Catch a Flick at Bryn Mawr Film Institute

This Bryn Mawr landmark dates back to 1926 (when it was known as Seville Theater), and showcases films that range from popular current releases to unknown indies. But there’s even more to be enjoyed at the Bryn Mawr Film Institute—film classes, discussions, and even local showings.
Count Stars at Joel M. Bloom Observatory

It might be cold outside, but the stargazing will still be plenty good inside The Franklin Institute’s Joel M. Bloom Observatory! There are monthly events featuring different astral themes, hands-on experiments, shows in the Fels Planetarium, and plenty of stargazing.
Experience Broadway on the Cheap

Broadway shows are fun… but expensive. How about instead Broadway-caliber show that showcases local talent AND saves you money? The Media Theatre (in Media, PA) does just that. The local nonprofit produces both musicals and plays, Broadway shows and children’s performances. They even offer classes and camps for folks of all ages.
